We provide accommodation where large groups of up to 16 people can stay in Tokyo as if they were living there, and we operate Openisec, an open-source initiative that supports AI and decision-making.
We also provide recruitment services centered on CTQP, together with a framework for continuous learning and interaction, while sharing information broadly with society on these and related topics.
As AI continues to drive major changes across society, we want to help create a future in which everyone can live a richer and healthier life in the AI era.
Our accommodation, Openisec, and information-sharing activities are broadly available to society. Our recruitment services, on the other hand, are primarily focused on IT professionals working within operating companies rather than so-called IT vendors.
Why IT professionals? First, when putting CTQP into practice, we believe that narrowing the themes and perspectives makes continuous learning and interaction more practical and relevant to real work.
And why operating companies? Because by using AI while putting CTQP into practice, we want companies to become increasingly capable of driving further IT transformation — what is often called DX — with their own people and capabilities.
Our businesses consist of the following five areas:
1. Information Sharing — available broadly to society through YouTube and speaking engagements.
2. Openisec - open-source initiative — free for general users, with paid support available for individual companies.
3-1. Continuous CTQP Learning and Interaction — we provide opportunities for continuous CTQP learning and interaction that can also lead into our recruitment services. Paid for companies, free for individuals.
3-2. CTQP-Focused Recruitment — paid for companies, free for individuals.
4. Accommodation - Villa Tetsugakudo — paid for general guests, and also used as a venue for meetings, training, and interaction between Affection LLC and related participants.
Our strength, both in CTQP and Openisec, is that we do not stop at slogans or policy documents such as "responsible use of AI." We provide mechanisms that encourage participants and companies to continue putting these ideas into practice.
An important and unique part of our model is that we begin by practicing and sharing these ideas ourselves — Lead by Example.
In other words, rather than seeing ourselves as operating five separate businesses, we see information sharing, Openisec, continuous learning and interaction, recruitment, and accommodation as five different ways to put CTQP into practice in society.
